If we were to give this house a title- it would be “Records, Porn & Poop”. The very sad story of this house is one of a homeowner who had not been able to care for it, or himself, for far too long. The house, located in the Cheviot neighborhood of Cincinnati, was in terrible shape- full of terrible images, an amazing record collection, and a lot of feces. We cleaned it out, gutted it, remodeled it, & turned it into the cutest little cottage style home.
