Located in the Reading neighborhood of Cincinnati, we started this one as a flip, but after completely renovating it we couldn't bear to list it! While away filming the HGTV show, we had listed our own home on Airbnb and saw so much value in short term rentals that we decided to turn it into our first Airbnb.
