Located in the Norwood neighborhood of Cincinnati, We immediately pictured the young family who would want to live here and knew opening up the main living was a top priority.  On this property taking out the wall and adding a beam was the easy part. Getting rid of the smoke smell and stains on the other hand, not so much. Luckily for us our local Sherwin Williams rep and amazing painter helped us out and  now it looks and smells just like new.
